Estimating and design Takeoffs are billed by the square foot
or by the hour. Residential projects are normally billed by
the square foot. Large Commercial & Multi-family projects
(where footages can be astronomical) are billed hourly in
order to give our customers the best possible price. Our
charges are based on US
$ 10.00 per
hour There is a $150.00 minimum on all projects. We accept
payments after work done by Check, Visa, and MasterCard. Contact
